Re: favorite CD?

hmmm. I think Andiamo is their best work. Jims drums still stick out on that album so much.

I love patches, the version of passage in time on that album is more raw and just reminds of shows.

So all in all i think it goes

adiamo, patches, passage, 12:34.

Re: favorite CD?

I love the raw sounds in patches. Passage in time is my favorite....closely followed by 1234.

Re: favorite CD?

I personally have to go with Rhythm and Booze followed by 12:34.  Mainly because of the recording side.  R and B was a BLAST to do, not only the being drunk and recording a live disk but the time we took to re-write those songs was really fun.  12:34 was great because i was trying new things out in the stufdio with Ryan Greene (producer) and it made me step up my game a bit.

My goal with the new records is to step up the game as much as I can.  I'm trying to write things i wouldn't have thought about playing before.......

Re: favorite CD?

Patches and Live Your Life are my favorites, only because I think every other album sounds over produced. You don't get the raw energy like you do on those two discs.

Re: favorite CD?

I think 12:34 was the best album for Jim thus far...the drums came out so clean and crisp. Love it
